Please, command these apostatical bishops to resign their offices voluntarily, since they are holding them unlawfully and by their apostasy they draw a curse upon the whole Church.

Dear ex-Bishops of Slovakia, in a time of great apostasy from the Catholic faith You were publicly appealed to confess the faith. However, You publicly betrayed Christ and therefore we now appeal to You: resign honestly from Your offices. Several Irish bishops have already resigned after decades of criminal silence and concealment of sexual child abuse. Sexual child abuse is undoubtedly a grave crime; however, a far graver crime before the faithful of Slovakia and before God is Your denial of Christ and of the essence of His Gospel. Dear ex-Bishops of Slovakia, today (at the beginning of the lenten period) before God and before the faithful of Slovakia we call upon each of You individually to repent, which means:a) to confess the true Catholic faith and renounce heresies;b) to ask the Holy Father to receive You back into the Catholic Church;c) to resign from office by reason of betrayal of Christ and concealment of heresies.
A letter to seminarians

Dear seminarians, who wants to be Jesus’ witness and priest must have a sincere relation to Jesus as to his Lord and Saviour. He must live in dependence upon Him and separate radically from all contemporary heresies and from moral decay. We expressed it in concrete terms in the formula of the confession of faith, which we sent to all theologians and which every one of You should unite with inwardly.in this historic time every one of You should seek God’s will, regardless of what people or parents say, and listen to what God says. Consider this decision not from the human perspective but from the perspective of eternity. Your, and not only Your, temporal as well as eternal future is at stake! Be sincere and brave like the saint apostles, prophets and martyrs.
Response to the excommunication for heresies pronounced by Zvolenský

Zvolenský is a master at distorting and imputing his own crimes to others. He puts himself forward as the most genuine Catholic and calls for a prayer for us, priests. Yet he himself denied Christ and persists in heresy. Regarding the faithful, they should really “keep their distance in a kind but resolute manner” from the overt heretic Zvolenský and from those who are in unity with him, so as “not to be misled by their deceptive words”. Zvolenský does not obey God, distorts His Gospel and, moreover, overtly lies. Therefore his “disobedience and lie can breed no good”. Those who denied Christ and overtly persist in heresy are disobedient to God. And these are Zvolenský and many other hierarchs of Slovakia.
Response to the declaration of the Slovak Society of Canon Law

It has appeared that some of the undersigned canonists, when asked whether they had really signed this declaration, replied that they had not even known about their signature thereunder. So this is another deceit on the part of the apostatical hierarchy. As for the other canonists, who consciously undersigned this declaration, they thus make it manifest that they have nothing in common with the canon law and should be deprived of their academic degrees.
Promulgation of excommunication upon religious superiors in SR

On 31 December 2009 we turned to You, religious superiors, with an appeal to confess Your Catholic faith and to renounce the contemporary heresies which destroy the essence of the Catholic faith. We asked You to do so by 2 February 2010. The present-day religious institutes are undergoing a deep crisis. They have become the greatest obstacle to conversion, repentance and the following of Christ. Today the religious institutes have turned into the breeding ground for the spirit of New Age, the breeding ground for spiritual decay of the Catholic Church. In this extremely hard time the religious vows of chastity, poverty and obedience are a mockery. Obedience is abused to warp the conscience.Since You as religious superiors did not confess the Catholic faith and did not renounce heresies and the spirit that is behind them by 2 February 2010, You completed Your apostasy from Christ as well as from the Church according to Gal 1:8-9.
An appeal to the priests of the Slovak Republic

There is nobody in the Church who would defend God’s interests and courageously stand up for the nature of the papacy. Those who are destroying are like a pack of wolves throwing at the defenceless sheep. We hope, dear fathers, that it is clear to You what the real situation is in the present-day Church. It would be hypocrisy to demand that the Holy Father should wrangle with these stubborn heretics himself. Apart from that, if You are sincere, You know well that the papal dicasteries are occupied with people who in the essential matters are doing quite the contrary of what the Holy Father wants and what he represents. They shelter themselves behind his authority and signatures.
Promulgation of excommunication on 151 theologians of the Slovak Republic

Unfortunately, the teachers at theological faculties and superiors in seminaries did not renounce heresies and did not confess the faith by the specified date, for which reason according to can. 1364 §1 CIC they incur a latae sententiae penalty of excommunication and according to God’s law they fall under an anathema, i.e. excommunication from the Church – God’s curse – for proclamation of another gospel (Gal 1:8-9). We call upon their students to dissociate themselves from the heretical teachers and not to accept their teaching even at the cost of leaving the seminaries. They must prefer to save their souls rather than be poisoned with a heretical teaching and heretical spirit.
